How and when am I able to make a booking?

Bookings can be made between 10am and 7pm, Monday to Saturday by calling:

 07808 055 109.

Advice, quotations, and special arrangements can also be made by telephone during these hours. Please book early to avoid disappointment, and remember, a verbal booking made is a contract.

Do I need to confirm my booking?

No, because your verbal booking is the contract, but you need to call June 7 to 10 days before your wedding on 07808 055 109, to discuss any last minute details. I.e. Colours, styles, etc.

What If I have to cancel my booking?

If for some reason you have to cancel your appointment with us, please let us know immediately, if not a cancellation fee will be charged.

Can I get both my hair and make-up done together?

Yes, just ask for the make-over.

What does a Bridal Make-over consist of?

A Bridal Make-over consists of the following: One of our stylists will commence with your hair, then one of our make-up artists will moisturise, before applying a light bridal make-up. We will then finish your hair, and fix your headdress in place. We will also give you a loaded lipstick brush to touch up.

You have two sets of charges (tariffs) on your price list, why?

Tariff 1 covers Monday to Saturday, and Tariff 2 covers Sundays and Bank Holidays.

What does 'outside area' mean on your price list?

If you would like us to provide you with a bridal makeover, but are outside Gretna Green, we will gladly do so, we just charge a little extra. Outside areas include Carlisle, Dumfries and Comlongon Castle. Please let us know your area/venue if you are not sure.

Do I get a free consultation?

June & Team do not need to do initial consultations, free or otherwise. Their extensive experience means that they arrive on the day of your Wedding, and instinctively know how to make you look and feel wonderful. Also, as they are so busy, if an initial consultation was done for each client, there would be no time for the real thing!

How do I prepare for your arrival?

Before our arrival, please ensure your hair is shampooed. If the hair is to be worn up, make sure it is also thoroughly dried.

What if it's raining after I've had my hair done?

Don't worry, all you have to do is relax in your hotel or home and leave all of the other details to the professionals. We will ensure that everything is perfect, especially your hair and make-up. Our priority is to give brides the complete make-over service, Hair, make-up, and nails. One call does it all! On your special day be pampered. We do it all and come to you, so you can go straight from your hotel/home, to your car, and finally to the service venue.

What about finding the salon and parking?

See above answer!

My lipstick will wear off during the day, can I buy one from you?

You don't need to worry about that either, we will leave you lipstick to touch up with.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

You don't need to pay a deposit, but please be aware that any verbal booking made is a contract.

How and when do I make a payment?

Payment should be made after we have finished our work with you, either by cash or cheque. To keep our costs to an absolute minimum, we do NOT accept credit or debit cards.

Are gift vouchers available?

Gift vouchers are available in any denomination. Often, brides give these to their bridesmaids as a more practical present.
